On July 18, 2009, Caitlin Hanrick was 13 when she was struck and killed by a stolen car on a pedestrian crossing between 2 campuses of Recliffe state high school on oxaley ave. The driver of the stolen Holden Commodore, Adrielle Faith Coolwell, was affected by drugs and alcohol and was driving an unregistered car without breaks. She was sentenced to 9 years in jail for her role in the crash. The police had been chasing the stolen Holden Commodore, reaching speeds of 120 km/h in a 60 km/h zone. The stolen car sped through red lights and drove on the wrong side of the road but officers did not abandon the pursuit.

This was so freaky!!!!!
